Every year we honor individuals and organizations who have made extraordinary efforts to improve our region. This year's Excellence in Community Development Award recipients are Champions in Action and create a beautiful future for our region and the people in it.
Champion in Action
Willing to collaborate with a variety of partners with a passion for building community. Willing to create or take part in building opportunities for the people - enhancing quality of life and for a sustainable future for all. Champions in Action can be anyone - a public official, a community leader, a concerned citizen, an organization or a volunteer. It's those special humans who bring a program or idea to reality for the community as a whole.
