Erica Land has over 20 years of experience as a leader in nonprofits, specifically in fundraising. Currently, she is the Director of the St. Charles County CAPS program. CAPS stands for Center for Advanced Professional Studies and is offered in all five public school districts in St. Charles County.  In 2020, Erica was one of several honorees who received an award for Tribute to Success through the nonprofit, Connections to Success.  In 2018, she received the Young Professional Leadership Award from the Athena Foundation. She was also one of fifty who were honored at Beyond the Best in 2016 by Streetscape Magazine.  Erica is active in the community as a board member for the Community Council of St. Charles County.

Xanthe Meyer

With over 25 years of teaching, (20 in Parkway School District), Xanthe Meyer holds a B.S. in Marketing Education and MBA from Lindenwood University with an emphasis in marketing.  She is a Business/Marketing Instructor, a
2013 Missouri Marketing and Cooperating Education Teacher of Year. nominated for Missouri ACTE 2014 Teacher of the Year, DECA Advisor and Marketing and Career Education Board Member.  She is also the Co-Founder of Parkway Spark! Currently, she is in year 6 of the Spark! Program and has 20 high school entrepreneurs,
located in Chesterfield Mall, and in a partnership with Maryville University.

Jennifer Stanfill

Jennifer Stanfill is beginning her 20th year in education.  She began her career in the Ritenour School District as a business teacher, cheerleading coach, A+ Coordinator, and High School Assistant Principal.  In 2010, Jennifer moved to the Parkway School District to serve as the Career & Technical Education Curriculum Coordinator.  She currently serves as Director of Choice Programs in Parkway.  She coordinates district involvement in efforts as diverse as Spark!, the Early College Program, Summer School, Fern Ridge, South Technical High School, and, a program that has touched more lives in the past few years than ever before, Virtual Learning.
